San Aleso Research and Development Center- This property, located in the heart of the high technology sector of Silicon Valley was initially purchased from the former Nutech Printing Company. The original structure consisted of 31,400 square feet situated on 3.49 acres of land. DMG received all development and demolition permits to construct a new 63,000 square foot Research and Development building. Demolition of the of the existing building and completion of the new structure was delivered on schedule and on budget 18 months later. The building was leased to a single tenant during construction and sold upon completion as a leased investment.
